We were honoured to welcome regenerative farming pioneer Tim Parton from the Green Farm Collective to speak at this year’s IFE show at ExCeL London.
In his inspiring and informative talk, Tim reminded us that “the last century was the chemical century in farming, and this one must be the biological century.”
A huge thank you to Tim for sharing his knowledge and passion — it’s a vital conversation for the future of food and farming.
We ended the session in the best way possible: with fresh pizza cooked on-site by top Italian chef Marco Greco, served up to Tim and our guests — and it went down a treat!
