The new range is produced in partnership with the Green Farm Collective (GFC)—a network of British farmers united by their shared commitment to regenerative farming. Formed through connections made during the ‘Soil Farmer of the Year’ competition, GFC advocates for farming techniques that minimise pesticide use, enhance carbon capture, and boost biodiversity, water retention, and overall soil health. Member farms also engage the public through visits and talks to promote education around ecological farming.

Unlike conventional flour, these products are cultivated by farms prioritizing long-term environmental stewardship, making each bag a step toward a healthier planet.
